  • Yes. Change or cancel your plan anytime in account settings. Upgrades start immediately. Downgrades begin with the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
  • Higgsfield exports MP4 (H.264 and H.265), MOV, and WebM. Every plan supports 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 aspect ratios. Studio and Pro include 4K export. Enterprise supports custom resolution profiles.
  • Yes. Each new account gets a 14-day trial with Studio tier features. No credit card is required at signup. After the trial, choose the plan that suits your volume.
  • Annual billing is charged once yearly at the discounted rate shown when you select Annual above. It saves you roughly 17% versus monthly billing. Canceling an annual plan mid-year does not result in a partial refund, but access remains available through the paid period.
  • Yes. Agency volume agreements let you manage separate brand workspaces for each client under one billing relationship. Use the form on the Contact page to reach sales, and include your client count and monthly video volume.
  • Higgsfield uses video credits to measure generation capacity on your plan. A standard generation run uses 2 credits, so Starter's 30 credits yield roughly 15 finished videos. Exporting the same video in another aspect ratio, such as 9:16 from a 16:9 source, uses no extra credits. A full re-render after a revision counts as a new generation run.
  • Brand style profiles are included with Studio and Pro. Create one by uploading reference frames and setting the color palette, lighting preference, and motion style. Each generation on that brief then inherits those settings. Profiles remain across campaigns and billing periods. Studio supports up to 4 profiles, one per seat. Pro supports unlimited profiles. Reference frames use 30-day or unlimited clip storage, not your credit balance.
  • API access is planned for Q1 2027 on Pro. It will let teams trigger generation runs, send reference frames, and retrieve output files programmatically, connecting video production to an existing CMS or asset pipeline. Enterprise customers with specific integration timelines can contact us about early access.
